One Pound Shop

Just cos people are coming to the shop doesn't mean you can treat them rudely. They don't answer your queries and behave very rudely to customers. They don't follow the UK consumer law on exchange and returns of the product. The comedy is that they can't accept the softcopy of the bill for an exchange and insisted you get the hard copy of the bill. While marts like ASDA,ICeland, sainbury are accepting soft copies of bills. One of the worst experience I had in UK. Road side shops are better in terms of customer services when compared to this shop. You can't ask for the manager, since the people at the billing they think them selves are managers, ceo's. If you go to this shop be clear on what you buy, cos even if it's faulty, they say that you did it, that kind of shop it is...

Affordable stuff @ of one pound is a cheap bargain no doubt. Household products , utensils, plastic utility items, hardware, medicinal stuff, eatables, cosmetics and more all available under one roof.

It's good, in this expensive world it's good to have this shopping and especially in emergency times of household things.

All service are thief...I bought something and they don't know the price and charge me without checking the price such a robbers...don't go they don't have good stuff everything is doggie..don't spend a penny in it....waste of money...the lady in cashier told us rubbish words..very bad experience going there

This shop is started on 28th Aug 2019.Positive feeling after visiting this shop today around 4.30pm.Worth to visit and zero down on this for daily needs. All prices are 1 Pound.

Looting customers in the name of half price. Product quality not good. They sell things at 4 times greater profit. I was shocked to see their prices. Other shops and supermarkets sell same products at much low prices than theirs.

Is not one pound shop. Is one pound and more.Some prices are higher than the normal shops.Untidy place.
