Fantastic store with jewelry in many price ranges. 100% recommend. My engagement ring is from here. I went in to find a sapphire new ring and Leslie (or lil?) noticed my rings and complimented them. I explained they're from the store and she gave them a polish which was above and beyond. She helped me find a new ring. I went back later to order it and Jacqui finished the purchase and again went above and beyond to help us as the ring wasn't available in my size so she got one resized for me to ensure I could have the perfect ring.Couldn't praise the store and the staff any more highly.

I bought a watch for my 21st birthday. Katie and Richard were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they really gave that crucial human touch. I was able to try on a range of watches as I hadn’t decided on one yet. They really listened to me to help me make an informed decision.

I dealt with Emma, from a phone enquiry about a seiko watch to my visit and purchase in store. She made the whole process so easy she was extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Service and shop is amazing

Phoned the Chester branch on the Friday Andy reserved a Hamilton watch for me, arrived Saturday AM and the service was excellent from start to finish, I even purchased a Tissot watch for the wife while we was there. 10/10.
