The copcut is a lovely family pub, the staff are kind and welcoming to adults and children.We've had food there a few times and their daily deals are fantastic value for money.I'd say this is a budget friendly place and (I hate to bring it up but) considering the cost of living crisis, a really great place to relax whilst also living within your means.Thank you, we will be returning!

Absolute shambles rang up to check if food was available at 7:52 pm they said yes and was fine to come we arrived by 8:04pm they then said the kitchen was closed. Bar staff were then rude when we told them you said it was open when we asked over the phone. They said oh well we never knew it was going to close. Terrible customer service considering the kitchen does state it’s open till 9pm

Nobody asked how our meals were, gammon was tough turned it into a hammer with my fork lol, staff didn't care when mentioned how the food was neither, only thing we enjoyed was each others company and the puddings

Family friendly pub food, service was brilliant. Especially Tom who seemed happy to help and was very efficient.We will definitely be returning. Great food and great prices!

We had the breakfast of which they forgot to put sausage on plates was bought out after in separate dish. Granddaughter enjoyed her chicken nugget meal .

Nice food and great choice of drinks all at very good prices, especially compared to the other Greene King pub just down the road (The Castle)!Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jon on the bar, but more staff would be recommended a poor Jon was rushed off his feet.Dog friendly area inside the pub as well as the outdoor garden.Will definitely visit again.
