Beware! Parking charges only displayed below drivers view, as you take your ticket while driving in. Nowhere does it say to download an app BEFORE you enter. Charges unreasonably high - £25 for under 5 hours as no app downloaded. If you download the app as you leave, you still have to pay the higher charges. 1* for the staff on site who can sadly explain how you're being robbed.

Don’t park here we parked here over night yesterday and came back to our front windows smashed along with another 4 cars also damaged. No Cctv no patrol of area avoid otherwise you will wake up to heartache & £500 out of pocket!!!

I park here regularly for work. It’s a decent car park, I’ve not had any trouble. However the stairs often smell of urine.Addendum 21.7.23: since this review I gave noticed the stairs are being cleaned more regularly and it looks is a more pleasant place to park. So I’ve improved the review from 3* to 4*.

Still unsure how the app works, ended up paying with debit card, surly NCP will be paid automatically this way rather than app. Plus the app has to be financed

Spent 5 hours in this car park it cost £25 only park here if there is nowhere else. There are a lot cheaper places to park.

Used to park here all the time when visiting Birmingham as was an ok walk to the town centre but OMFG how much £25!!! Ridiculous the app wouldn't scan my QR code when entering, so had to get a ticket. £5 difference between paying on App as well, honestly it's ridiculous & greedy!Won't ever park there again!

Don't park here.All the bad things that people say are true.It's located in a rough location with ripoff prices. 4 times more expensive than council car parkPrice info on board inside next to barrier, so too late to back out.Discount prices NOT available once you've entered, even after wasting time with their app.It is clearly designed to catch customers out for a very dingy low quality car park.
