Update. Finally got a response saying they would come round to look at the door. But again, since then, which has been over two week, there has been no communication and no one has come. We can no longer use the front door!!!Very disappointing experience. Ordered a door in April, was finally fitted in September with little communication. Whilst the door is nice, it doesn’t fit and is getting increasingly difficult to close, the door and frame now being damaged. Again, no communication despite several emails and phone calls. Would advise to go elsewhere due to poor quality and very poor customer service
