Brilliant service from start to finish, 4D scan , Receptionist went above and beyond to get us booked in last minute and in the scan room the Lady’s were very informative and professional.Taking 2 little ones with us was a challenge but the staff made them feel welcome and were talking to them and telling them all about the baby the whole way through.Pictures and video are brilliant quality and they worked hard to ensure we got some lovely shots.Thank you for such a great experience

My partner and I have attended 4 times since learning of our pregnancy, each time with the same Sonographer (S Nabatyanga) who is absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. She is so gentle, comforting and reassuring and makes every appointment so magical for us! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because both staff members in the scan room and the receptionist are just absolutely brilliant! We will definitely be attending again for our 4D experience later on down the line! ❤️

Do NOT use this place!Back in march this year I booked in for the Bleeding/Pain Symptoms scan after having some mild symptoms of miscarriage. The scan was completed and we were told that the pregnancy was measuring under 6mm so no heart beat could be detected and that the scan was inconclusive for this reason. She also told me that there was blood on the scanning instrument but said nothing further to advise me what to do next. At this moment I was scared and confused. We were then told that I should come back for a second scan in two weeks. The assistant Sonographer then went to get the paper work. We were in the room with the sonographer in silence, after a minute she then eventually asked if we had any questions. At the time I thought that maybe the baby was a bit behind on development and that the heart beat wasn’t quite detectable. It was not until my partner asked with it being so small it couldn’t be 10 and half weeks as we expected, that I realised something was seriously wrong. We were told no it wasn’t the size of 10 weeks and that the estimate age was 5 weeks. I was shocked and couldn’t believe that this was not said sooner in the appointment. If he had not of asked this we would not have been given this information. After this discussion we were both very upset and confused. We were told our dates may be wrong or it could be something else and that we should get another scan in two weeks to conclude. I asked for the sonographers opinion on what’s happened and if it was likely to be a miscarriage, which she did not give one and said that I need to come back in two weeks. No explanation was given and nothing was explain to me how a baby that is meant to be 10.5 weeks is actually the size of 5 weeks and has no heart beat.We were given leaflets to read and the appointment ended. We were not offered any further time to sit and digest what had just happened and instead had leave and walk through the city centre very upset and distressed.I strongly believe that appointments should not be offered to pregnant women that are experiencing potential miscarriage symptoms. These women should be turned away and immediately referred to the EPU where they can be dealt with by a medical professional in the correct way with empathy, given an informed medical opinion, explanations of what is happening in their body, next steps and red flags to look out for. None of these things were present in my appointment at Window to the Womb. We were dealt with in a cold manner, given little information and no time to process what had happened before walking through reception and leaving. We were lucky that our appointment was the last of the day and that we didn’t have to walk, visibly very emotional past the others waiting for their appointment. Providing customers with 6 different pieces of paper is not enough! In these scenarios there should be a thorough explanation of the possibilities that come from an inconclusive scan.Money is carelessly taken from women that are highly vulnerable emotionally and physically, who are looking for an expert to be able to tell them what is happening in their body and to advise them. After logging a formal complaint with window to the womb I was given unacceptable, generic responses and met with a very unprofessional branch manager, who refused to give me details of head office and later sent a generic letter dismissing my complaint and any action I requested to happen.I strongly believe that window to the womb are highly unprofessional and should not be offering scans.

Norwich is such a lovely clinic! We went there for our gender and well-being scan and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff were lovely and we had a really good amount of time in the scan room looking at our little baby! The avocado app is such a bonus too, you can keep up to date with your pregnancy and can even look back at your scan photos. 100% recommend spending the money and visiting the clinic

Have been here three times during my pregnancy- at 8, 16 and 28 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough. The scans are so relaxed and detailed, you really get such a special experience. The bonus of being able to get a video to keep is also just precious. All the staff have been kind, friendly and extremely helpful- I've always felt at ease and very welcome. If you have any doubts- don't! My experiences here have been well worth every single penny! ☺️
