A* service. We have THE most allergic dog who suffered severe reactions to carpet cleaning chemicals in the past but not a scratch after having ours done by this company.

Matt and his team were brilliant. He did an end of tenancy clean for us - we paid rather than being charged by the letting agent. Completely hassle free and went above and beyond the clean to ensure nothing was missed. Highly recommended.

Matt came over to give me a quote on the lounge ,stairs and landing carpet and was very flexible with arranging a date and time to suit my working hours. Dominic carried out the cleaning, he was on time ,and professional he got all those traffic stains out of the carpet they use animal friendly products and the carpets smell fresh . i am very pleased with the service professionlism and price . We had Aardvark clean the carpets in a new property. We honestly thought the carpets were unsalvageable (the previous owner had pets) but we wanted to clean them as a temporary fix until we could replace them. However, Aardvark did a fantastic job, the carpets were practically pristine afterwards and we've decided to keep the carpets for now.I would use them again, and recommend them, without hesitation!

Great service from an excellent company. Not only did Matt from Aardvark deliver a great job removing some tough stains and bringing good volume back to the carpet, but from start to finish his communication was professional and responsive. I would NOT recommend Aardvark Property Services - they were instructed by my management company to provide a full clean to a property after the tenant had vacated the property. In addition to the clean, they were instructed to dispose of the belongings left by the tenant and anything that wasn't on the tenancy inventory. However, the proceeded to dispose of all items including those on the inventory and have refused to offer any compensation. In addition, they said some of the items were unable to be cleaned therefore they disposed of them - they had no consent or authority to dispose of any items other than what belonged to the previous tenant. They have been awful to deal with and I would recommend anyone looking at this company, look elsewhere.

When the day came, he was prompt and his work very thorough for the agreed price. Obviously an expert, his attention to the task was super.
