Vision Express Opticians - Neath

The best optician in Neath.Not only did they fix my sunglasses (a minimal repair) without caring where I bought them, they also cleaned them and they are like new.The guy who helped me was the most attentive and smiling, I definitely recommend this optician over the rest.

the service my wife got at the neath store was first class the staff especially angela were great they fitted her in at short notice and nothing was to much trouble always a pleasure going to get your tested keep up the good work sunday 21/5 my wife jannette had an appointment at the neath shop and the service was first class from the staff and the optician rasna preel ryatt and sally harford dawn beedham and angela ridge previously all were very chatty and helpful always many thanks jannette walsh wed 25/5again staff were excellent thanks to beth for for sorting things out for us

Optician was excellent however front facing staff was very poor. The appointment was booked for an hour after 20 minutes the option had completed my eye test discussed how contact lenses work and then said I would receive a 20 minute lesson on how to put the contacts in. She initially took me to her first front desk colleague and advised she was going to ask the second front desk colleague to complete the lesson. During the time she was gone to speak to the second colleague the first colleague had decided that there was no time for my appointment as they needed lunch and i would have to come back later during the day or another day! Baring in mind i waited 7 weeks for my appointment. When the optician then came back to advise me the second colleague would complete the lesson the first colleague jumped in and said I had to get back to work which was a lie as I had never said i had to leave for work. Really really poor service

Excellent service. Staff professional and following COVID guidelines friendly and helpful. Confident in the way I was tested by a polite man who explained everything clearly to me. Store Manager was extremely helpful and patient when we chose glasses very professional and kind.

The staff were great, I had two separate appointments, once which my eyes seemed normal but a 2nd appointment led to me requiring glasses as I noticed my vision deteriorating which showed in further testing. Fair play, the team were really great in helping me from the initial test to then helping me select the right glasses for me, lovely bunch, couldn’t recommend them more

I had some un used , contact lenses, and the staff at neath vision express were very helpful , and replaced them with my new prescription. They were very nice and recomend them . Very efficient. Thank you.

No customer service, especially the elderly receptionist. Prefers to talk over you rather than listen to what you are saying, the younger lad was nice but seemed to enjoy the older woman be rude.Should've gone to specsavers.....!

I arrived early for my appointment but thankfully the staff seen to me within 5 minutes of my arrival I was treated with respect by the young girl who did my registration before I saw opthalmology lady who was very cheerful and made me feel at ease I went to the neath branch I would definitely recommend them

Disappointed with the lack of customer service. My appointment had been cancelled however they said they had attempted to contact, updated with my new contact details. It then dawned on me my appointment was approved with my new number. There was no apology you were an inconvenience. I shall be taking my custom else were. All staff need customer service training and try to understand people have busy lives too.
