After a car accident (a sideswipe), I had physiotherapy - and was declared to be resolved". I wasn't. I had pain walking up and down stairs - I could not walk the distances I was used to with my dog etc.

I've been recieving treatment for a couple of months now and have enjoyed every session. After previously trying other treatments, due to persistent lower back pain, I sought help from Mandeep Raju. From a thorough assessment of my overall health, he quickly made a diagnosis, explaining in detail the dysfunction in my spine and tightness in my neck.Initially my treatment was on a weekly basis, and there has been a definite improvement in my mobility, and my back is generally pain free. I continue to visit Mandeep's clinic once a month to help keep myself in the best possible state of health.Mandeep provided me with an exercise programme to help maintain my core muscle strength and mobility in between appointments.His expertise and knowledge of how the body works is excellent.

I went to see Mandeep a year ago after suffering a serious back injury whilst playing american football. Having tried some different options a friend recommend visiting him. After an initial meeting to discuss my injury and what sort of treatment I would potentially need Mandeep set a personalised plan to repair and relax the muscles within my back to allow me to return to a more regular life within weeks. The plan that was put together still continues with less frequent visits that focus more on building up muscle strength to prevent a return to my injured state now that I have returned to contact sports.I would highly recommend Mandeep to anyone that is struggling with back issues. Not just for his work but also due to the fact that he will always take the time to chat with you and put you at ease.

I would highly recommend the Chiropractor Mandeep. He is very thorough with his assessment and treatment. He has worked wonders with my back pain and I still continue with stretches and exercises he has recommended. Also recommended my mum who had shoulder pain who is also happy with Mandeep and is feeling benefits of seeing him. Staff are friendly and polite.

Having pain in my back, leg, knees etc for almost 15 years and seeking medical treatment through the NHS and privately. No one could dignose the issue.
