Creative Pools and Leisure

Glad I hired Creative pools & leisure to do my complete indoor swimming pool fit out, Mark & Tristan went out of there way to make sure my job was completed to my expectations which is always hard when other trades are working around the same area. The team have a wealth of knowledge and are experienced in using new technology in the pool industry, this was one of the reasons why I chose to go with Crewtive pools instead of other companies I had quotes from.

From enquiry to the finished job the interactions with Creative Pools was excellent. They were very helpful in our initial enquiries and kept their promises regarding completion timing etc. They did a great job replacing the liner and we were very happy with them from start to finish. I have found with a number of Pool companies in my area that there appears to be a complacency and lack of any effort to provide anything like good customer service; not the case with Creative Pools and Leisure in my experience. Their price was also significantly better than those of local pool contractors despite them having to travel a reasonable distance to complete the work. Very happy.

We had an excellent service from start to finish. We had a new pool liner fitted, the guys who came to measure up were totally professional, explained the options open to us and gave us a highly competitive quote. The job was completed on time, to an outstanding level. I could recommend them any more highly.

Mark and Tristan have been excellent throughout our project, and we are very pleased with the liner and foam solution bottom. Mark sorted out our filtration system, which is excellent, and personally oversaw the placement of tarpaulin risers to correct a problem with a couple of patio stones. Work done exactly to schedule. Should have asked the team to take away the rubble and waste silica which took time to clear. Mark, particularly has been very helpful with advice and with him on site, I was always confident the task would be handled professionally. I would insist on Mark for future projects which we are considering for next year. We have another guy who prepares our pool for swimming and he has never heard of a single complaint about creative pools. The only other comment is that you have to pay most of the sum up front which can be a risk, though gladly not so with us, but we have a ton of felt we don’t need; this expense could probably be avoided in hindsight. Recommended.

Tristan and team did a fantastic job during a very complicated pool build that needed a lot of patience and staying power. We are delighted with the outcome, Tristan's ingenuity and constant communication was very much appreciated, and I am looking forward to next year's swimming season.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish . We wanted to refurbish a half in ground pool and everything went smoothly and the finished result was very good . Communication at all times was excellent and the work was carried out to a very good standard. Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this company

A professional measuring service for a new liner for a pool that had been shut for many years. They sorted a problem with the step clamps on what turned out to be some unusual corner steps and other issues that arised around them. The team came and fitted the new pool liner and some new wall felt. When I first met Tristan and Mark, they told me they could fix anything and make my pool look beautiful. They kept their word! Would recommend and use again.

Great professional and good value team. They put a new liner in our existing in ground 11x 5.5 m pool. Professional and speedy! Would contact again for other pool matters when required.

Creative Pools did a fab job of fitting a new liner & wide mouth skimmer plate to our Gardi Pool. We are super pleased with the quality of the work.

My overall experience with Creative Pools and Leisure was a positive one. Accepting that it was a busy time of the year for pool companies. When on site the teams were professional and workmanlike. Communications were at times frustrating and I have to say as I'm a much more hands on client than most, I did some of the work myself. The work they did do for me was completed to a high standard and so I would recommend them and certainly go back if I need more help in the future.
