Amazing ice creams, burgers are proper tasty. Staff super friendly and great location right next to the marina

Over priced our food I even checked on the menu and it was cheaper,forgot the ice cream x2 and strawberry’s which I paid for.& There was plastic in the cookie dough

Me and my friends ordered milkshakes and all 4 of us ended up sick. Milk must of definitely been off. AVOID

I would stay away (especially delivery)I ordered food on Uber eats at 9:15 and was given an expected time of 9:25-9:35 which was soon changed too 9:50-10:10 which I didn’t mind however the time got to 10:30 and still no sign? I tried calling the restaurant but the phone was off, why would the phone not be on in a place where people pay for there service! The restaurant shut at 11 and I still hadn’t had any updates or no answered phone calls, when the food arrived at 11:20 the driver didn’t offer an apology or an explanation he just handed the food and walked away and banged on the door with no respect of the time which isn’t acceptable after paying £35 and waiting 2 hours! When I got to the food it was all cold and chips were soggy and drinks were melted. It was honestly ridiculous, they could have at least added a note to say sorry, or even a freebie but nothing which shows lack of customer service, clearly do not have high standards! I would like to hear from the manager for an explanation for my order and how this issue can be solved.

Twice we've ordered from this joint, and both times we waited for over 2 hours for delivery. Tonight I called twice (an hour apart) to get an update and both times was told the driver just left"

Always spot on! Definitely the best around for desserts. Only ever ordered food a few times but that was just as nice as the desserts. Always hot and fresh and delivery time and service is exceptional.

We ordered chicken burgers with curlys. We waited for them more than 30 minutes at the door. We thought they forgotten about us. The place shows a 5 hygiene rate although the staff touch the ice cream with their hands so the scoop doesn't fall (which I never seen before anywhere). The food we ordered tasted nice.

Start off with the positive:The girl on the counter was really polite and was very pleasantNegative:Ordered (in store) some churros (Nutella and lotus ones) and walked to the car and they were freezing and chewy so took them back and asked them to be remade. I ate them in the shop to avoid any excuses, they were warmer but still dreadful. They must be made in advance and warmed up. £6 a portion is a rip off. Wouldn't come again.

Juicy burger with curly fries very tasty. Slush with popping balls outstanding!
