Adam took deposit and then went silent, feel ripped off - 9 months and still no shutters, started court proceedings.Don't trust this company

Adam is a joke. He has taken the money and keeps stating will do the installation but then doesnt pick up the phones at the time of the installation. Has dragged me for the last 3 months. Taking peoples money and going missing is not acceptable. So very disappointed and let down by them.

2 months later, job promised, started and then gone? No idea where he is or whether he will finish our job. For us he's gone missing, £3.5k cash paid and no sign of him and office lines closed HERD interiors I've sent a private message to Adam and zero communication. Very similar experience to you. However unfortunately we had all our cupboards broken down 2 weeks before and then job cancelled and then cancelled again. Waiting to see if I get contacted from this post.

Scammers!! Take your deposit and don’t hear from them again. Mobile for Adam, call not recognised. Answer phone only on office number. Do not use this company. I have reported them to the police and my bank.

Paid £2600 over 20 weeks ago for shutters. Adam has now stopped answering any calls / emails and has not provided us with the goods that we’ve paid for. Our friends also used him, he’s taken a deposit from them and also has not replied since. Reporting to police / bank and seeking legal advice. Do not use this company!!!!!!

0 communication, taken all our money, with no job being booked in (he said he would contact us with a date). Have tried getting in touch but just goes straight to voicemail! we’re now going to the bank to declare this company as a scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Lovely shutters, install was significantly delayed, required lots of chasing, however pleased with the final product.
