Newly refurbished station looks impressive but the staff there are so miserable and unhelpful.The chap at the help desk in 21st April at 21:00 was so grumpy and dismissive!

I needed a pee... the toilets were closed so I had to pee in a street... are you now forcing people to get a fine for some kind of gross misbehaviour?

The asian woman in the coffee shop was so rude to me when my card got declined because of black friday (services on card down due to). She had to remind me too that she had to throw the coffee away. Laughable.

Arrived at 3.50pm, stand SG expecting a bus to arrive anytime soon. Board said 14 departing 4:15. 4:15 arrives no bus but a change on the board the 14 will arrive at 4:30..4:30 arrives board changes to arrive in another 10 mins. The board changes again bus due, changes again now due 11mins.Then changes again now due (the time now 16:37). Now nothing on the board ffs. One board says due, one now says 5pm. Bus turns up at 16:43. Disgusted to say the least.

This bus station is easy to access from the city centre, and has a dining area. However, there isn't a lot of room at the bus stands so it does get cramped.

The station closes at 12am , you have to wait outside for a bus, I arrived an hour early for a bus and had to go back home coz it was lonely and creepy outside.

National Express to London is running late... ticket office closed and so can no longer see screens giving updates on journeys. No information anywhere and no one to ask. Ridiculous that train travel is now for the elite and our coach services and their facilities are not up to scratch at all.
