My hair dresser is Jodie at Hair of dreams and I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. My hair comes out beautifully every time and she is so knowledgeable on the best treatments for it. Super friendly as well, I look forward to every time I go in there!

Wendy done a fantastic job for my first set of hair extensions. They all made me feel so welcome. All the team are very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I have been back since for maintenance on my extensions and colour and again they did not disappoint. I Live in Gravesend and I will continue to travel to Hair of Dreams as they always deliver. A professional salon with friendly and very experienced staff plus very clean and tidy. I Have had the best experience at this salon compared to any other I have been too previously. They really pamper you, along with a range of drinks and a small snack. You can see they all take pride in their work. Highly recommend Hair of Dreams and highly recommend Wendy.

Got my hair wash and blowdried today by the lovely Katie, was my first time there but she made me feel so welcome. I have 30” extensions and understand it could be difficult to blowdry but she did an amazing job definitely recommend Katie ! And will be backThank you Katie !!

I have had an appointment booked here for the last 6 weeks. Was called at 8 o'clock in the evening on Tuesday 9th August my appointment was for Friday 11th was unable to get to the phone. I was left a voice mail by Jackie saying the senior stylist that was going to do my hair would be off sick with a stomach bug but a stylist the next level down could do it at a different time in the day. I called the salon back and was told that they were unaware of what was going on as Jackie was not on the premises but they could see me an hour earlier to which I agreed. Went in for my appointment today was asked to take a seat the young girl asked what I would like done i explained to be told I'm sorry I'm not good at cutting short hair I'm a graduate but she could book me in for next week as they were short staffed. Obviously I was not happy. Jackie then left her client came over to me and said I'm sorry we are short staffed we can rearrange your appointment. Firstly why was I not contacted to be told this i had made a wasted journey and my hair not done. Totally unprofessional and very badly handled. I left the salon but I did walk back past a few minutes later to see Jackie laughing with her client bad management. Something should of been done to accommodate me. Was ok to call at 8 in the evening but not to be notified that they could not see me at all. Don't suppose I will receive a reply. Very badly handled by a poor manager. Disgusting. Obviously I will not be going back.In reply to you answer Wendy. I was told there were several times with what I thought was with a stylist under senior stylist. At no time was it mentioned that I would be seeing someone with little experience. Perhaps I wouldn't of been so upset but my hair is short after regrowth from chemotherapy. Thank you for the offer of a discount but would not feel comfortable to return after this bad and poor experience. As I said beforehand why was I not called to be told you were short staffed and would have to reschedule rather than making a wasted journey. I did get my hair cut after leaving your establishment fitted in without any fuss and completely satisfied.

Absolutely love my hair! Would highly recommend this salon! Wouldn’t go anywhere else and extremely reasonably priced!

Had my hair done with Jodie this Tuesday, absolutely amazing service and managed to do exactly what I asked for, will definitely be coming back x

Would absolutely not recommend this hair salon!The salon called me this afternoon and asked if I wanted to have an appointment with a different stylist as my current hairdresser has now left. I politely declined an appointment that she offered and explained how I do not agree with the treatment of their staff (which reflects the high staff turnover). She then proceeded to continuously ask me why I didn’t want to have an appointment.Hair of Dreams called me back a second time and the one of the owners proceeded to shout aggressively at me down the phone and said “you only know a third of the story”. I was then accused of being “disgusting” towards a 16 year old apprentice as I refused their services and explained why during the first phone call. This explains why they have also had a high turnover of clients!!!This shows why most staff have quit! If the owners can speak to an existing customer with that level of disrespect and unprofessionalism then who knows how they treated their staff?If a salon cannot take slight criticism/ complaints then they should not be working in customer service!

I had let down by my usual hair salon by messing up my booking so I needed to find alternative ASAP and I couldn’t be happier that I found myself in the Hair of Dreams (everything happens for a reason, right?).My hairdresser that day was Olivia…she is an absolute gem of a person and hairdresser. I was so happy with my hair and pleased with the service those ladies are providing there - they even have a decent drink menu, and like it wasn’t enough I got there when they did celebrate their salon’s 1st anniversary so I had also a yummy cupcake with my coffee!!If you are in Welling area and still looking for a good hairdresser then I wouldn’t give it a second thought - go and get pampered!!
