The staff outside at 6:20am advised that they didn't open until 6:30am, despite the website/Google saying they open at 6am. Came here specifically because it was the only place open from 6am, so one to be careful of if you find yourself in the same boat of needing a caffeine hit so early.On the plus side, the Costa machine in the Co-op next door tastes just fine for those in a rush!

Visit here regularly due to working nearby. The colleagues always greet with a smile and are happy to advise on any alternatives if my usual drink is not available. On the occasions that I get food too, it is always well prepared. I often frequent at typically busy times in the day. However, I never feel rushed either to order or to leave.

Long story short. Lisa Marie ruined my trip to Costa today! I was being served by a male staff member and placing large order. She came up to the till and started rushing me and staff member. How rude! She was also very bossy towards her colleague! Poor customer service Lisa Marie!!! You should also be nicer to your coworkers. She was very loud too. It supposed to be my treat day... how disappointing and all down to one person. Definitely won't be going back here!
