UK Sundecks

DO NOT USE this company. They built us an unsafe glass balustrade and the problems began the next day and continued for several months. In the end we got an independent survey report which identified various defects and safety issues so with the threat of legal action they finally removed it and refunded our money. Stay away from them.

Very professional team ie Arron the Installation Manager and fitter Connor, that recently completed our decking at Marston Edge, Stratford upon Avon. Absolutely thrilled with the result. Thank you Sun decks.

Having dealt with three different decking companies during the quotation process for a very large wrap-around decking and glass balustrade for our Lodge, UK Sundecks was easily the stand-out option. They were professional and patient, even when we took our time with the final specs (and a last minute change). The guys who turned up on the day to fit everything were polite, but basically had their heads down and got on with the job. All rubbish and off-cuts were removed, and they even swept the patio of plastic saw dust" before declaring the job complete. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them

What a fabulous company - I can highly recommend!I bought a brand new park home down in Cornwall, and wanted to add a wrap around deck. My initial call was with Courtney Wilkinson, who immediately seemed to know what I wanted.She was prompt and efficient, immediately sending me ideas and descriptions. I had to wait for my park home to arrive which took several months, and Courtney kept in regular contact.When my home was in place, Loretta the surveyor came down from Birmingham to measure up. Even though she was young, she knew exactly what she was doing, and was very hard working and cheerful. As she was driving back to Birmingham on the same day, I took her for lunch at the local golf club just up the road - the sun was shining so we had lunch outside enjoying the sea view.Then, about 3 weeks later, Armani and Andre, 2 brothers from Birmingham rocked up to install the deck. I have never seen men work so hard - they arrived in the dark, in the pouring rain, unloaded and worked for a couple of hours.They then spent 3 days installing the deck, did not take a break even for a cup of tea and worked until late, again in the pouring rain. They were courteous, polite and great fun. A real credit to the company (and their Mum!)I am so happy with my deck and can't wait for the spring so that I can sit out and enjoy it!I can highly recommend UK sundecks - they certainly know how to provide good customer service.Beverley Jayne BakerFalmouth

Great service and quality product, would highly recommend UK Sundecks

Appalling service from start to finish. Ordered a considerable decking, they tried cutting corners, leaving out steel, joining structures, because UK Sundecks would not pay for carriage on missing parts.They are refusing to do remedial work without me paying for it.Do not go anywhere near them under any circumstances.I would give no stars if I could. I have requested they remove the decking and refund deposit.

From my initial query through the ordering and surveying process all the staff were helpful friendly and suggested good options that would suit my home. The installation staff were super efficient and the finished deck looks amazing and is top quality. Can’t fault the service we received

Uk Sundecks designed and fitted my deck to my lodge in 4 days. They were professional and friendly. I am so pleased with it and would highly recommend.
