Bought a steak bake for my v hungry daughter. She loves them...unless they're cold in the middle. I went back in to be told they couldn't re-heat it at all, no refund, no alternative offered. I was assured it had actually been cooked as I wasn't sure. Was told the aircon in that shop chills ALL the hot cupboard down (shrugged shoulders from staff). Very unimpressed. Never ever had a cold, should be hot item from any Greggs before. Will not be visiting this one again.

Went to use too good to go here for the first time friendly staff lots of food in the bag that is still perfectly fine to eat I will definitely use this atleast twice a week

Very poor selection, only one staff member working and seemed very disgruntled. Food was nearly slammed on the counter when ordering, further breaking already broken sausage rolls and other pastries, will not return again.

That 1 Indian donny with the beard behind the counter needs to fix up his attitude. Hella moody and his attitude stinks. The bacon is always overdone and dry or burnt, swear the ovens have timers to say when it’s finished being cooked so why am I getting what feels like 2 day old bacon cutting up my mouth when I try eat it

Rubbish!!! Can't even cut a bread roll straight, sauages fell out, sauce all over bottom, girl falling asleep, won't eat there again

This morning (Thursday 25th may 2023) at 06:05 am I asked the cashier to pack me two cheese and onion bakes The cashier smiled at me and proceeded with my order. After paying and receiving my order I walked out and bit into what I thought was a cheese and onion bake but instead it was a bacon and cheese turnover. I went back in and told the cashier who was so rude, he did not apologise even after I explained that I am Muslim and cannot eat bacon. The cashier then had the nerve to say “well you’ve bitten into it” he then gave me my original order. I am very disgusted by the treatment I have received and would like for some action to be taken.
