I went here for the first time to pass MOT. My first time doing this in UK.The booking was really simple and I didn’t have to wait weeks to make my appointment.I took the car in the morning and I ask them to give me a call whenever it was ready (Saturday, so I didn’t really need the car that day).Within 45 mins I had a call that my car failed because one piece had to be replaced. I asked if the could get it done in the same day and how much as I really needed the car sorted by Monday. In a couple of hours all was sorted.As a woman who doesn’t understand anything about cars and have no male to help me around I really felt like they are trusted and reliable people and that’s not something I have found in garages very often.They are also extremely friendly and polite, the guy who saw me when I picked up the car was very patient too and he explained what was the issue with the car in baby words so I could understand.Thanks you guys! You’ve been 10/10

Such a great service from these guys. I’ve had a few minor issues with the car but didn’t know they were minor but received an honest and professional service from the garage. My MOT was due recently so I took it there and again the staff and the service was first class. I know nothing about cars so having a garage you can trust and rely on locally is great.

Beautiful and excellent family run business. Always helpful and understanding. Very competitive rates of service and repair, always going that extra mile. Quality of workmanship is second to none. Have always taken my vehicle and motorcycle there even on a Sunday which is very handy . They are always willing to accommodate when possible.Will continue to use NK for all my vehicles needs.

My partner came for an MOT unaccompanied here, and we foolishly didn't pay attention to previous reviews. They failed the MOT and tried to charge £400 to change the windscreen wipers, headlights, and a dust cap. Went elsewhere and got it all done for £45, and the mechanic said the dust covers were in good working condition. Would not recommend, especially for women on their own-- Have checked and this is definitely the correct garage. It will not be on their immediate records as this occurred last month (Aug 23)
