Dealt with a wasp nest in an awkward location very efficiently. The chap sent was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to explain the process and give additional information. Booking the appointment was straightforward with courteous and friendly staff. No complaints.

When I telephoned and explained my concerns at seeing a mouse in the house, Stuart was able to attend that afternoon and set traps. He was very understanding and professional on all his visits, checking the cupboards and loft to reassure me no more mice. The traps had worked. We recently have new neighbours who cleared a large area of land and defelled trees. This disturbed the rats nests and we saw approximately 6+ rats in our garden.I contacted AGS who visited 2 days following my contact. Gary identified where the rats were coming from, laid 5 traps. Returned 3 timesVery pleased with their initial response and follow up. Very professional and good value for money.Will definitely use them again if necessary

I was very pleased with the service. They arrived quickly and set up the equipment to catch the rat which worked. The man was very friendly and helpful and came back a week later to take away the rodents that had died. Would definitely use them again.

Very efficient and professional but pricy - for 3 minutes work. Time slots could be refined. Knowing that it was a wasp nest removal, 0830 - 1300 was a lengthy slot allocation, although they were there at 1255!

Booking process was very easy & the representative explained the method of Wasp extermination & costs. The Pest Controller attended the property within the allocated time, dealt with the issue efficiently & left the property tidy. A full report of the work done followed the next day. I would recommend AGS to any potential customer.

We just moved into our new home and found some suspicious droppings" in one of the filthy kitchen cupboards the previous owner hadn't cleaned for years. AGS came out quickly to inspect and said they were actually cavity wall insulation beads which had also dropped through our extractor.AGS were kind and reassuring from the first call right through to the site visit.Their fees are extremely reasonable and I can't rate them highly enough. Totally recommend."

In fact when I found out the neighbours had rat problems too I recommended your company and he ended up doing four houses in the same road. I spotted your van at bluebird cafe in Ferring and took the number down glad I did !
