From the initial call to Claire and the first visit the detailed personal but very professional arrangements meeting to discuss plans and how to make it so respectful and dignified. Then Claire and the whole team Chris and Tom dealt with everything with dignity, calm and kindness. The measured & compassionate approach you gave to every aspect, helped us when we needed it most. Everything was just as our friend had wanted and we had hoped. The team helped give her the send off she truly deserved respected all our wishes and made it so personal I knew that Claire cared. I cannot recommend this funeral director enough and especially Claire as she went above and beyond and kept reassuring us throughout and done exactly what we had done even adding in personal touches were appropriate to make us feel loved and appreciated.
