Just as I got rid of a foster cat to a new home, I realised she'd left me with fleas when I was covered from the leg down in horrible itchy bites. I could've bought off the shelf flea treatments but that wouldn't have given me peace of mind, and I was freaking out with finding 4 or 5 black little fleas on my legs every time I looked down. Started ringing around off a Google search and spoke to Ian at Whelan Pest services, he talked me through what the process was, what I needed to do and took my flat details to give me an accurate quote. Music to my ears was when he told me that he could come out first thing the next day which I'd not been able to find from other companies. Ian turned up bright and early the next morning and did a quick assessment of my flat before getting his equipment. He was very informative the entire way through the process, telling me exactly what he'd be doing, how it worked and what I needed to do. I was over the moon with the service, Ian was really friendly and efficient in what he did. He gave me the precautions to consider when I was allowed back into my home 4 hours later, to check the carpet and if it was still wet then I needed to leave again, and to ventilate well. I had the treatments done 7 days ago and I'm buzzing as I've not had a single new bite in that time so I know Ian has done a brilliant job and I'm really pleased with it. Highly recommended.
