Costa Coffee Drive Thru
I've been going here quite a lot recently and I found the creamy colours are very nice but I don't normally go for anything else.Today I went with her friends and she bought me a toblerone hot chocolate but it wasn't hot it was more like lukewarm. I didn't want to say anything because I don't really like making a fuss. It will still enjoyable but they should have renamed at lukewarm hot chocolate..

Drive Thru not open due to staff shortages. Had to queue inside shop.I have a low immune system due to cancer and prefer the drive thru so I mingle with as few a crowds as possible- a bit uncomfortable

Convenient drive thru. Quick friendly service. Lovely festive cups. Hazelnut and Praline latte was nice but the bits in the latte were not very nice. A great place to grab food and drinks to go.

Ordered a bubble frappe and given something else. Talked to the staff, and they weren't willing to listen at all... very impatient! It was like I was the one at fault, even I pointed at the drink I wanted when ordering. Totally unsurpisnt expereince.

The timing saif they close 6 o clock at 16:36 they are close and rude .. never drink a coffe at costa welcome starbucks

Great place with a drive through, and also a very nice sit-in cafe. Service is always excellent here.

I didn't use the drive through but popped into shop. Had one of the new maple hazelnut lattes and it was so bad I didn't even drink half of it. Staff distracted and inattentive so I didn't feel very welcome. Compared to my local Costa who are welcoming and efficient it was a let down. Latte had a burnt taste to it.

Quite small place but plenty of comfy seats. Selection of food quite limited. I counted seven staff who were serving customers in shop and those who were using drive throughs. Service felt slow but it could be that staff are new to it!
