I highly recommend Arish Global Services. They're the fourth company I have tried working with for my telecom lead generation, and by far they are the best. Great communication from Roy and his team, always keeping me informed every day of how things are going with my campaigns. Very friendly team. I really enjoy working with them.

Very good service

We paid for a trial of 9 leads with Sunny, we confirmed before hand we would only like to sit with decision makers but in-fact they book with managers and receptionist.We were given a deal of £66 per lead as a trial but from the get go there has been issues. Logistically we would need to move leads to a suitable date if it works but when we do we find out it not qualified even given the criteria before sending payment to Sunny.It has taken 3 months to deliver 9 leads all which have been with non decision makers and has been a complete waste of time and money.Small business beware as they will charge £100 for a non qualified lead and then say it’s not their problem

Personally, I am far away to leave a negative feedbacks however this company, their representatives not left me a choice.In Dec 2022 I was due to sign my energy contract renew, and Arish Global Services has emailed my business to help in this matter. I let them to find the best energy provider at that time. In Dec 2022 I signed a legal bonded contract with EDF provided by broker Arish Global Services, everything was looks fantastic. Then I received from EDF a welcome letter and confirmation of current rate. I found straight away that rate I agreed (rate proposed by Arish Global Services) was incorrect, it was much more higher. I contacted EDF immediately. They instructed me that I need to contact my broker and let them to contact dedicated team from EDF, where they will be able to make a correction according to my earlier agreed contract.Since January 2023 I called and emailed this company several times, each time they promised that they already been contact EDF and they corrected an wrong energy rate. Unfortunately, until today ie 29/06/2023 I still pay more money for energy. Of course now, I have been advice by Ombudsman Service to open a claim against this unprofessional company.Strongly do not recommend this company to cooperate with any business matters.I still wish this company all best in their career however please do not let your clients down anymore!

I can thoroughly recommend Arish Global Services to help find you the best energy deals. They were really helpful and gave us both verbal figures and advice on the phone as well as backing it up with information sent by email which enabled us to consider our options before making our decision. Their manner were friendly but professional and they phoned back when they said they would but were not at all pushy or unpleasantly persistent as so many of the people doing the same sort of job are. We will definitely be asking their advice again in the future when our current contract ends.
