Awful experience and still waiting for a response to my last three emails regarding my daughter deposit and her student flatmates from four months ago. Dodgy lands lord who is trying to charge 5 students for work that has not been paid been done yet! Cowboy company. If you want a company who doesn’t pay back your deposit and put you with cowboy landlords choose this agency

A friendly and efficient family run letting agency. We have used Jones & Co for three years and each time they have succeeded in finding us suitable tenants quite quickly. An excellent service is provided by Jones&co. A very friendly reliable and responsive team, who are always quick to reassure and respond helpfully and professionally to the full range of needs of both ourselves as the landlady and landlord, but also to the needs of all our tenants. Terrible experience. Again, held onto my daughter's deposit for 6 weeks after she left the property without any explanation. Also asked to speak with the mysterious 'Chris' and nothing forthcoming. Not a great place to deal with - avoid.

STUDENTS STEER CLEARI have to safe I am dissatisfied by the service Jones & Co provided me and my fellow tenants throughout the course of our tenancy. As a student, I felt disrespected as they went around their business regarding the property we were renting. It was as if we were their last priority.An example of this is when the central heating system broke in the middle of winter. We notified them straight away, which was out of hours, and their response was please don’t contact us out of hours this is not an emergency. If it was -2°C outside and you didn’t have central heating for 4 days how would you feel?Their handyman they employed was awful. He never cleared up behind him. When he came to fix my shower door (that was broken when I moved in), he left all of his mastic shavings on my bathroom floor and in the shower basin.Also make sure you clean the house properly at the end of tenancy, because they will scrounge you for every penny they can get from you.

Jones & Co are excellent! I have been with them for over three years and it has been a positive experience from the start. The team are always friendly, helpful and responsive, and nothing is too much trouble. They look after their properties, landlords and tenants with equal care, so you can be confident as a landlord that your property will be in very capable hands. Jones & Co manage a wide range of rental properties, but their understanding of the specialist multi-let market is what really sets them apart from the competition.

Jones and Co have been excellent at finding suitable tenants for my rental property. I have had some very good tenants, both for long term and short term tenancy agreements.
