The owner of this establishment is a narcissist and bully. She has employed many hard working staff members over a short period and treated them horrendously. Her products and inventory may be good but her ethics and morals are not in check. Personally I would not throw my money and a business so undeserving.

Please please please DO NOT use the Postal Service offered. I have been politely chasing for a refund for monies I sent on the 1st Dec. I have been constantly ignored and now blocked. No goods have been received and no attempt made even to send them. The rudest person I think I have ever dealt with.

I gather this shop is closing but not entirely surprised. It wasn't well organised and could have done SO well with a better business plan. A great pity for all the knitters in that area.
