Bilton Vets have looked after all of our pets for over 30 years. They have shared our joy in happy times and supported us in difficult and sad times. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, not just to us but to whichever pet we have with us.Consultations have always given us all the information we need to make our own decisions on treatments where appropriate. In short, not one of our pets has ever shown any fear of Going to the Vets" ! And we know they are in good hands.Thank you Team Bilton !"

We have been going to the practice for the past four and a half years with our dog Indy and we are delighted with the quality of service. All staff are helpful, caring and kind. The prices are very reasonable considering the high level treatment and advice they provide. We always recommend Bilton Vets to our friends are neighbors!

Bilton Vets have been looking after me and various bunnies and my dog for the 19 years I've lived locally. I would not take them elsewhere as I truly don't believe I'd get a better service, they have the 24 hour care, equipment but most of all the knowledge and compassion. Everything you want from your vet.

I changed to Bilton Vets about 18 months ago. I was previously using Animal House. I had the unfortunate job of having to take one of my Rats to be assisted over the rainbow bridge. My ratties are my babies and I was completely unconsolable despite knowing it was for the best. From reception to seeing the vet I was amazed at how understanding all the staff were. I have my ratties cremated and sent to the garden of rest and I was completely blown away when they gave me such a beautiful card with my rats paw prints in and a little glass vial of fur. This is the kindest thing I have ever experienced and moved me even more. I will continue taking my rats there, not just for the kindness and professional service but also the knowledge of pet rats. This is usually very hard to find. Needless to say with such short lifespans no doubt there will be many more visits at the appropriate time but I know 100% the care and compassion we will all receive will be exceptional.

We have always been incredibly happy with the service we have received from the entire team at Bilton Vets over the years, but I have been moved recently to write this review. Our beloved Rotty was diagnosed with bone cancer a few months ago and we have recently, very sadly had to make the exceptionally difficult decision to end her life. The care and support from the moment we received her diagnosis has been incredible. From the phone calls of advise with vet Ian , to those final moments we had with her when vet Tom was there supporting us with kindness, time, respect, compassion and reassurances that, although very difficult, it was the right thing to do.It is one of the hardest things, as a pet owner, making the decision to end the life of your much loved companion but I wouldn't have wanted any other team supporting us.A deeply, deeply heart felt thank you to you all.

We went with the rat who has got overgrown teeth. Because we knew what we need to I called for appointment with reason to shorten them.My fiancé was welcomed by vet doctor who asked for his weight and weight loss (how could he not if he couldn’t eat due long teeth) and asked to wait outside for rat 15 minutes. We got charged 47£ for “consultation” which was explained as 15 minutes waiting time. Really? We knew what we came for which was a service to grind his teeth (which cost 32£ and we did that to another rat in the past here, twice with NO consultation charge)I’m really disappointed of how we got treated as we got told in reception it’s because of price rise (3 times more?) and it seems it’s not the first time when I checked other reviews so it might be a good time to change a vet for my dog, cat and rodents

Cannot recommend highly enough! We have been at this vets for almost 7 years with our lab and we have had general check ups, vaccines, emergency appointments and home call outs. The vets themselves are patient, kind and you never feel rushed.Reception are knowledgeable and friendly and always work appointments to sometimes what can be a hectic schedule. We are going through a lengthy process of getting our dog ready for air travel and ive been amazed with the prep and research they have done for us to make sure all is how it should be.
