Well and truly impressed with the repair works Nigel Whann completed to my vehicle and the timeframe in which it was done. I was kept up to date with my vehicle repairs ThroughoutAll the staff I met were extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. My car was even left back to me fully washed and hoovered which was a lovely surprise upon collection.Would 100% recommend car was returned like brand new to me. 5*

Unless an insurance incident, not interested as they can't put their arm in. Asked for a quote on re-painting a door and bluntly told we don't do rust". My glory having experience in painting with modern applications and technology could have did it myself if I had the equipment. Having completed repairs for me previously

I had trouble getting the proper repair carried out, requiring three visits and an argument with the shop. Since then the cheap after market bonnet which dents easily the paint is chipping off badly after 4 years. Also the accident was not my fault and never made any claims in 10 years, I wondered why I got such a poor service?? they're supposed to be the best in the area? Although it was done correctly why should I get substandard parts as a result of someone else fault and insurance is covering it?

A girl crashed in2 the back of my car, so now I'm needing my car fixed. The staff were lovely & very helpful. Checked my car, took notes, photos & will inform me when the parts arrive.
