If these was an option for zero stars I would take that.Engineer came to 'fix' our dishwasher = 5 min to tell us parts for the repair cannot be found and dishwasher is not supported.Call twice after the appointment, even towards end of the week (appt on Monday) and they cannot tell me anything as the engineer hasn't bothered to write a report on the job.We then buy a new dishwasher.We received an email saying the engineer is looking into the parts we were told could not be found.Call a third time to explain the issue and I am told i cannot be refunded.What a joke. Avoid this company.

Came to ‘fix’ our fridge in October 2022. It broke again by December. Part was going to take 3 weeks to arrive. We were without a working fridge over Christmas. They didn’t care. We decided to proceed and just get it fixed in January. Ordered the part- took 3 weeks to arrive. Another week passed and engineer came. Couldn’t fix as he didn’t have the knowledge to work on our particular fridge. Who knows when we’ll get a working fridge again. Go Assist don’t care one iota about you or inconvenience caused. Their communication is shocking and they lied about when our part had been sent out. Avoid like the plague.
