Great pub great staff. Stolen property being sold on premises let's it down and the manageress too hot headed and misunderstanding to run a pub.

A really nice old fashioned pub. Lovely staff, good beer and it has a friendly and welcoming vibe. There are back rooms to chill out in, or you can sit/stand in the bustling bar, or sit outside on the picnic benches.Timothy Taylor was excellent.

Not a bad little pub, pretty busy while keeping to all the lock down rules, not the greatest selection of beers but it cheep and cheerful and the locals are friendly and a god laugh

Was refused sparkling water by a woman behind the bar and accused of pouring my own alcohol in it! I wanted a sparkling water as I felt drunk and wanted to pace myself but got a barrel of abuse on asking. Terrible behaviour… imagine an alcoholic going out and getting refused a soft drink! I was not pouring my own drinks and neither was anyone I was with! I am not a youngster either! Not that that should matter. I did send a complaint to the pub via Facebook but it was ignored! When I asked for the manager at the time of the incident I was told they are not here.

Great little community pub. Cheap ale and a great atmosphere. Staff all really friendly. Couple of smaller rooms at the end of the long, main bar area.Late license sees it open until very late at the weekend.

A nice environment. Lovely staff. Quite a bit of New Brighton history on the walls. Outside seating at the front of the pub and a beer garden at the back with television to watch live sports.
