Mobile Arcade Stowmarket

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had a choice. Brought a nokia mobile phone. It turned out to be a FAKE which Nokia confirmed to me. It was a fake made in veitnam. It took 30 mins of arguing to get a refund. It cost me £70 and they only would give £50 back. Dodgy company. Needs to be reported to training standards. To get a refund is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Don't come here!And if you had refunded like a normal shop then I wouldn't of had to right this review. So in future do what's best and admit when you are at fault.In reply to your reply.The box that the phone come in said it had what's app on it. IT DIDNT. So in a reality a FULL REFUND should have been received. Again it was your fault for selling a product that didn't have what it said it did on the box. Your staff member couldn't find what's app either. So again the decent thing to do would have been to apologise and give a refund without a argument involved. You couldn't even connect to WiFi! Again how is this the buyers fault In anyway shape of form? Again this wouldn't of needed to be written if you had just offered a FULL refund.

If i could give half a star i would.First time using them & i will not be back!!Went to them to fix a cracked screen so just wanted them to replace the glass, not only did they not replace the glass they replaced the whole screen which was not damaged at all costing me more money but they couldn't get that right as they ordered the wrong part but they tryed putting that one on my tablet anyway.I was told yes we can do that 2-3days it will be fixed but it took them a week to give me back my tablet in a worse state than it was in to start with as the new screen they put on my tablet had lines going across the whole screen yes i didn't pay anything because they didn't fix my tablet but that's not the point.I took my tablet to DNA mobile and computer they fixed my tablet within a day so much better service & they definitely know what they are doing.Always use DNA mobile not Arcade mobile

The gentleman who served me was very friendly, helpful. The goods were reasonably priced. With a wide selection on offer. He even helped with screen protector.
