I strongly advise people to avoid this garage.I took my car here as it had a suspected coolant leak. I paid for a new thermostat to be fitted and trusted they had carried out the work I had paid for.Only a couple of weeks later my car had the same problem so I took it to another garage and I was shocked to see they had NOT replaced the thermostat! They had covered it in orange sealant.This is not the repair I paid for, this is a bodge job! I was also shown that bolts was not tightly fitted and only being held on by the sealant. The bolts could of come loose at any point whilst driving!I can’t believe I have been charged for a new thermostat for them to cover my car in sealant. This is not the repair I paid for.

Worst garage ever. Broke down aa towed there told me it would be ready the following Saturday told them about train strikes. Went to pick up the following Saturday having had a tx it was being done. When I got there. It hadn't moved cost £170 in a taxi home. Avoid this garage paid double of what the job entailed aswell

Excellent service. I put too much oil in my engine and the team here sorted it for me within an hour at the weekend.I strongly recommend this business for friendly, accessible motor servicing. It will be my go to from now on.

Excellent. Sent someone out with jump leads to start the van, tested, picked up new battery and fitted straight away. I was visiting relatives, three hours away from home and not a clue about cars. They were so helpful and reassuring, quick service and good price.

I hadn't realised that my MOT had run out, and I tried to get in loads of different places over this weekend in Sleaford and Lincoln with no luck. I looked further afield and found a slot with In'nOut in Newark that day.Unfortunately, my car failed at first because of the front brakes (I already knew they were on their way out, but I was hoping they'd get through... they didn't!). Knowing that i needed my car for work this week, the manager very kindly arranged to get some replacement brake pads there and then, fitted them himself and had my car retested for the MOT pass.Absolutely first-class customer service. I can honestly say I've never had better service at any garage. All of the staff, especially the manager, were very polite not only with me, but with other customers who were in there. They arranged other services there and then and really went out of their way to help customers. As I say, first class!!

Booked in via the online service throughRAC. I didn’t get confirmed that day, so I called and it was confirmed over the phone. However, later that day the auto confirmation came through. I was just in a rush.Chap on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. During the service, something went wrong and I had all my questions answered before I even asked them.The issue was sorted in a few hours and at a reasonable price.I have already recommended this garage and will be visiting again.

Terrible experience incompetent mechanics and the feeling of just been scammed.I sent my car in for a heater blower replacement which after looking at the car informed me it would cost £550!!!! Extortionate.I decided not to go ahead so picked the car up. They then had the audacity to charge me £50 for essentially doing nothing.To add to insult they also incorrectly fitted a section of the dashboard incorrectly.I would avoid not very professional or competent.In response to the message the charge was put down as a repair which it clearly wasn't and they did not diagnose the problem, Instead telling me it could be the heater blower, the resistor or both.Far from a diagnosis of any sorts.
