Friend passed away ,these people were instructed to do his estate still waiting for them to begin or do anything ,would not have given them 1 star if it was possibleStill no news on my friends probate ,nearly a year now nothing done as far as we now .No information on how far it has gone no communication unless we call

My husband died recently after a short terminal illness. I had requested the original copy of his old will from them, as it was almost 30 years ago. It was initially by email in March, this was then followed by 5 telephone calls requesting it, including an official complaint that it had taken 8 months with no response. Only after another complaint because I'd had nothing back from the first complaint did I eventually get a resolution. Shocking and shameful way to treat a previous client and a bereaved widow. And when you promise to call someone back then you need to do so.

My mums solicitors
