Ashgrove Care Home

My mom has been a resident since July 2017. The care she is receiving is brilliant I cannot fault any of it. Mom can be very difficult at times and I admire the patience that the staff have with her. The food is brilliant they always have loads to offer plus cake and fruit. The staff treat all their residents like they are a family member, cuddle and reassure them when they are upset and keep them smiling and laughing. I know my mom is in the best place to be looked after so it makes me feel more relaxed. Thankyou for everything you're doing ashgrove I will highly recommend.

Most of the staff are polite and pleasant, they do there jobs very well, the major issue is the manager. She is one of the most incompetent people on planet earth. No people skills very abrupt and treats staff like dirt

My mom was here to receive end of life care. The staff are very helpful and approachable. She had respite here in the past and the family were very happy. Can't praise it enough.
