The large global company i work for have been using RAM peripherals for the past 8 years or so now. We have used them to purchase stock and we also have a service agreement with them to fix our machines. The staff are always kind, courteous, prompt and efficient when dealing with a machine issue, great to work with and always get the machines up and running very quickly either over the phone or with a site visit.I have asked a lot of them over the years, and nothing is too much trouble.Would highly recommend.

I was struggling to find somewhere that could help troubleshoot my 3d printer in London, until I spoke to Lingan at Ram. He and the team were so helpful from the first call to a visit to the office, where technician Ricardo walked me there the issue and helped me to understand the process. As someone that is new to 3d printing they really set my mind at ease and took the time to make me feel comfortable with my machine I cannot recommend them highly enough!

RAM Peripherals have served us twice now on 2 separate printer's. Both times their service comprised great communication and a step by step approach to solving the problem, i. e. there is no rush to an expensive solution. RAM Peripherals gets alongside you with emails and the occasional call so you can give them the info they need and track the repair process with them. They also have good connections with repair staff in top brand 3D printer companies which is an obvious advantage. I highly recommend that you entrust your 3D printer to them if you're having issues with it.
