Love this place, staff are always friendly and polite. You are always offered a drink on your arrival. I have my nails done regularly and have had my hair cut once. They're always busy so best to book. If you have your hair cut you can pop in for a free fringe cut if you need it. I'm sure they offer other treatments as well as nails and hair but can't comment as to what is on offer!!

Excellent. I sort of know what I want with my hair, but am unable to usually translate that into words a hairdresser understands. Bev, somehow, can translate my vague ramblings into the exact hairstyle I'm looking for, quite a talent. Bev is the creative director so she's slightly more expensive (about £4 more than I used to pay elsewhere) but definitely worth it. The cut is excellent, by far the best haircut I've had. Been coming here for about a year now after a recommendation. My wife, kids and other relatives come here also based on my recommendation. Everyone's friendly and the service is top notch.

Have been going here for over 10 years now even though I have moved away from the area I still come back to get my hair done. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are proper stylists and will not wreck your hair - instead they will make decisions with you and give you advice and be up front about everything. I would never go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful dresses. Had my alterations done by Vicki the seamstress. Nothing was too much trouble. She even helped me with my sash and hair decoration. Highly recommended

You can always rely on the team at Utopia to make you feel like a million dollars! I have used this salon since it opened, it's amazing. I went in today with my hair at the worst it has been, 2 hours later and it looks brilliant! Everyone is so friendly, I just love this salon!
