Directors and Management are all knowledgeable, approachable will do everything possible to help everyone. After spending several hours been shown the facilities, systems and staff it is very clear that a great deal of thought and focus has been applied to Durham Gate Care Home to ensure the residents have a high quality home. Attention to detail in every aspect by all the staff is very impressive. Must say thank you to Christine, Michelle and Andrew who took the time to show me around. My final thoughts were of a high quality hotel and when can I book my place.

I'm looking forward to starting my career with the Durham gate care home as a night manager. Apsolutly brilliant and eye opening 2 weeks training support given has been outstanding. Meeting the team has been fabulous everyone has been so welcoming and friendly.
