Had my mot done by SJR today. Car needed some work on the suspension. Very impressed with the team. Very welcoming and excellent price. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using SJR in Chester since Richard and the team started their business and have never been anywhere else for car repairs since. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and they have helped my wife (a woman) multiple times as I work away. Works have always been completed within the suggested time frame and they always let you know if any unexpected issues or costs arise during the vehicles diagnosis and repair. Honest, hard working lads who charge very fair prices for the work they do vs the main dealers. As recently as yesterday Richard very kindly came to my home address after the car would not start and my wife (a woman) was stranded with no vehicle - that is customer service………..

Took my mini in today. 2 lovely guys. Very helpful and professional. Premises very clean. Brilliant customer service. Will use again.

Recommended to me by a friend, just wanted a simple job doing, which was no trouble for them. Everything sorted whilst I waited, very friendly knowledgeable guys. Will definitely be taking my BMW back to them, as they know exactly what they are doing and are very reasonable compared to main dealer pricing.

Had fantastic service off this garage. From diagnosis through to fixing my car they kept me informed right the way through the process and the costs. Excellent service, I booked my car in for its Mot and service, as I couldn't get an appointment at BMW service center who I've always use. I'm so glad I did!! The guys at SJR are trained BMW technicians. Took it in at 9am done by 12 and half the price. I'll go here in future for all my cars needs.

Great customer service with very pleasant staff! Work is always carried out quickly/timely. I take my Car here every time where I receive better service than I used to at BMW HW Jones!

SJR were ace.My experience with Halliwell Jones was so bad I just didn't trust them to take care of my car. They never called back when they said they would, they never responded to emails and their service after buying the car was woeful. SJR were friendly, knowlegeable and did what they said they would.

Amazing service, took my 6 series for oil change, brake fluid change & MOT. Great staff, professional job. 100% recommend and will always use in future.

Have taken my 320d to them twice and both times issues where resolved with a very quick turn around and at competitive prices.
