I have been trying to set up an account with this company for 2 months still no progress. I have given up now since the lady on the phone just told me they have more customers and I'm not a priority.

Rob and Georgie are fantastic at the counter really helpful and always going the extra mile to help me! All my casting is now done through Merril because of there customer service and being so efficient at there job and the team in casting including Pam. Will be recommending to others!

One of the male receptionists had a bad attitude! He was very impatient and rude to me and my friends. Suspected of racism, he and his colleagues whispered about us and winked at each other while I was discussing it with my friend. Never step into this place again.

Lots of mistakes, slow and poor customer service. Just had the wrong order sent to me and my castings, mould and master sent to a different customer. No urgency in trying to sort it out or thanks for me sending the other customers work back to them. Very disappointed.

Been a number of years since dealing with the good folk at Hockley Mint.Once my ‘dormant’ account was reactivated, I placed my order and everything seemed AOK.When the order was ready for collection, regrettably there was some confusion as regards the order quoted/estimated cost and the final invoice due. Thankfully, a delightful lady by the name of Michelle, (who, thank goodness had worked at HM for many years and was known to me), got involved and sorted the issue out to my absolute satisfaction.The overall service, quality and cost/value of the products turned out to be excellent, thanks mainly to the lovely Michelle, whose commitment to please her customer proved invaluable.I shall now have every confidence in returning to purchase further items from HM.
