Helpful Hands

I am very pleased at the efficient and excellent deep clean I had using Helpful Hands. The clean was thorough and I was particularly pleased at the care taken to ensure everything was put back so this made it so easy and stress free for me. Thank you.

Whoever recently left a poor review of Helpful Hands (Nobby Nuts) is a deceitful liar and is intent on putting Helpful Hands down. Helpful Hands have been established for 9 years and are reputed for providing a decent, honest service to many domestic and commercial clients in and around Cirencester. I can vouch that they are the most honest cleaning company I have known in South Gloucestershire and they often go the extra mile. Their policy does not involve receiving any payment up front from customers, but to be paid after the job is done within a week, and their commercial customers have credit agreements. Helpful Hands operate ethical, open and flexible services, and they are a very friendly team, and I hope they continue to thrive for a very long time.

Total rip off and waste of time. I asked for 4 hours of cleaning in my small two bedroom one bathroom house which is very tidy - focusing on the areas I never got around to such as dusting of cobwebs, windows and hoovering sofa (only one). Result: There was no difference to when I do a quick clean myself- they ignored my requests for specific areas even though I was asked to give them. On the day they messed me around with the time they would arrive and came 4 hours later than planned.Most upsettingly two very sentimental and irreplaceable ornaments were broken and moved to positions where I would hopefully not notice which I did. When contacting them they said they didn't do it and that's that- no apology and no consideration.This was the biggest waste of money and a complete disappointment. I spent £100 on having nothing but a basic once over of my house and broken personal items. I will hands down never be using this company again.

I have used Helpful Hands services for several years, having weekly cleans. I am always impressed with the high standard of the cleans carried out, but what impresses me most is their flexibility. The cleaning team already alternate between cleaning the upstairs and downstairs of my house, but over the last few weeks I have had builders at my home which has meant they have had to be yet more flexible...not a problem for them, they have continued to clean as if everything is normal despite the many obstacles! I would highly recommend using Helpful Hands.

Amazing!!

Not even worth 1 star, Nicola Hurst tried scamming my elderly mother for a terrible bodge job which should have been a simple service for the back garden. Pressured my 89 year old mother into paying over double the amount that was initially quoted for and started harassing her to pay the amount. Be careful not to leave your valuable love ones with this human being. Currently seeking legal action for what has happened.
