I visited this store to have a look at some in-line skates. I was allowed to try the skates and make sure that I was comfortable before I purchased, Jacob also changed the break from the right boot to the left for me. I couldn’t recommend this store enough, amazing customer service, very helpful and they even let my toddle play on one of their bikes!

What a fantastic store and service! Purchased a 2nd hand stunt scooter for my son which was not running smoothly. The staff worked so hard to fix the issues and the scooter looks and runs as new. Loads of choice of kit. Will 100% visit again.

Can't rate this place highly enough. Went in for a birthday gift for our daughter and came put with a customized skooter. We got the grips and griptape changed by the staff member while we were there. He was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for him.Thanks so much!

I haven't been here before but I am giving this 5 stars because, in my opinion, this is the best skate shop I've ever seen.The reason why I say this is the best skate shop is because they sell a huge variety of action sports products.I think they should open up more locations not just in the U.K. but all over the world because, in my opinion, this is the best skate shop I've ever seen.I hope they can open up more locations soon and continue to be successful for generations to come.

What a fantastic place. Customer service and support was amazing.I took my old Bauer inline skates in to get new wheels and bearings. Ellie and her colleague spent ages trying to find the right bolts as the ones originally fitted aren't used anymore.I can't recommend this place enough.Thank you for all the help and support, I'll be back for more for more items in the future.

Had a great experience buying from Skatehut.I had a few questions on ice hockey skates being a noob;Before buying, had sent a message and all questions needed to know at that point on sizing were answered by Harry.After delivered, had another question on their use - Megan gave all the advice needed.In between the questions before and after, the whole buying was quick and easy. Delivered very quickly and at a great price too.Highly recommend buying from here, and looking forward to popping into the store soon!

My son and I visited the store yesterday. I called ahead of time and discussed why I would be visiting-my son wanted to build his own scooter. Whoever I spoke with then was really helpful and assured me that a trip from south west wales would be worth it. And absolutely it was-just the experience I had hoped for!! We were greeted and served by Jacob who went above and beyond in every way. He was patient and understanding when my almost 10 year old was making decisions. He was able to answer every question and made the whole experience just amazing! I would totally recommend a visit here as opposed to buying offline-especially if you’re looking to custom build a scooter! Please thank Jacob (again) for all his support and guidance
