Had a lovely gentleman come out and clean my carpets, 4 cats so gets a bit dusty, and I was so pleased and amazed with the way they came up. No harsh chemicals, all treatments pet friendly, and the gentleman himself was so polite and friendly. Would recommend going here immensely for anything carpet related. Would of given more than 5 stars if I could have.

Graeme and his team were a huge help to us when we moved in to a new business premises with no flooring fitted. We had several areas all with different needs. Graeme's experience was invaluable, walking through all the different options. The carpet fitter did a great job and it's still looking great over a year later. Highly recommended

Really positive experience with Classic Interiors! We shopped around for our Amtico Signature flooring & this was the cheapest we found. The customer service was the best in the area & despite me being an indecisive, annoying customer, they were still lovely. We were allowed to take the big samples home with us & it wasn’t an issue when I changed my mind. Despite fitting it ourselves, the guys were more than happy to offer us advice. Great shop, new display stands & great service. Many thanks!

For an above average priced flooring company you would expect a little extra in customer service. This wasn't even the minimum. The shop is such a mess you can barely get in, I asked an assistant for help, he just pointed to some vinyl, that I had to step over masses of reams to get to and said I could take photos. No offer of samples, no question of what I'm looking for, even though I was clearly asking for help. I expect my reception may have had something to do with the fact that I was a young looking female alone and expressed that my landlord was fitting the bill. The customer service over the phone was equally patronising to be honest. I will be taking MY business elsewhere.

We have used Classic interiors for over 15 years and love to shop locally, more recently they have completed our stairs landing and 4 bedrooms with a beautiful carpet and the fitting of an Amtico floor to our bathroom. The service has been excellent as always from the advice for carpet type and style to suit our property to booking and scheduling and finally fitting. Always thrilled with the end result!

Extremely disappointed.Horrible plastic looking scotia was attached to the skirting when fitting the Kahrs flooring which looks very unsightly, reducing the elegance and sleekness of the Kahrs wooden flooring. Graham suggested the scotia (as opposed to the flooring being tucked under the skirting board) which I had had before in our other new build) and said that it would be barely noticeable. This was not the case. The fitters put the scotia in in small sections with very obvious gaps and did not even finish up to the door frames but went half way across it. When the fitter was asked to come back to assess and re do sections he instead suggested ‘painting over the skirting as it would be less noticeable’! Not something you really want to hear when you’ve paid a considerable amount of money. The customer service from Andrew was very good.

An appt. had been arranged to quote for flooring. No-one had arrived after 15mins. I called the shop to be told the person I was expecting was still there dealing with a customer. I explained he should have been at my home; I was further told that he could not walk out and leave customers. Why had he not left in good time to see me or hand over the customer to a colleague. Quite extraordinary. There has been a name change so you will not find me in your records.

I have used Classic Interiors on my last two properties whenever i have needed flooring done and they have been brilliant. They have measure up my properties for fitting, and then been patient whilst I chose the flooring I wanted (including a visit from Mel and Graeme to my home to help me choose). The fitting then has been great and on time, and I am delighted with the new floors. Professional, considerate and a great job done each time!!! Thanks all.
