Pet Transport Services

Thank you Pet Transport Services for bringing my cat safely to Spain after we moved here from London. I opted for a door-to-door van service, as sounded easier and less stressful for our cat, than flying. The process was very easy, with all info needed coming well in advance to have our cat ready. On the journey, they gave me continued update on both location and how he was doing. The team were very sweet and friendly, so knew our cat was in the best care. Fully recommended!

I was very nervous about the idea of moving our cats across multiple countries, as air travel was not an option. The Pet Transport Services Team not only answered all our questions (and there were a lot of them!), they kept us updated on the trip planning, sent regular updates during the actual trip, and overall just made us feel like our pets were safe and well taken care of! Their smooth travel experience surely reflects on how well they are taking to their new home. A big thank you to all involved in the logistics planning and transport of our beloved gremlins!

Fantastic team, from the offset all communication, steps I needed to undertake (in order to transport my beloved cat from Spain to UK) were clear and concise. Jodie was just fantastic, always at the end of the phone/email and ready to answer any doubt. Mandy and Steve transported her and gave me live locations and updates throughout the trip as to her status and what she was eating etc. I would thoroughly recommend anyone needing to move their pet to use their services, far less stressful than when we moved our cat via air some years ago too. Thank you all so much for such incredible service and for taking such good care of Bella from start to finish!!

Our 3 cats travelled with Pet Transport Services in November and we couldn't have been happier with the service.Jodie was great from the outset with helping get all admin side sorted and Steven and Mandy were great at transporting our little ones. They kept us fully up to date with Whatsapp tracking, messages and photos, they were even earlier than expected and kindly dropped the cats off at 3am after we said we would wait up for them anytime. The cats were clearly very well cared for and we would certainly recommend them and use them again if we were to travel with the cats again.Cannot recommend highly enough.

From first contacting pets transport services to recieving my pets back home i must say what a fabulous sevice they provided. Comunication with them was excellent, everything explained in full detail. Nerves were settled by all the reasurrance. My fur babies were well looked after provided with all the attention they needed, walked and fed regularly.. They provided plenty of photos on their adventure and a tracking service via texting. I can totally recommend them to take care and safely transport your animals from one place to another.

Pet Transport took our beloved dog Storm to Spain in September 2023. The entire family were relocating, and we were very nervous about how to transport Storm.The team were patient and knowledgeable and helped with advice on all aspects of the transportation. They also shared their location and photos of the entire trip so we knew exactly where Storm was at all times.Storm arrived in Spain ahead of schedule, and we could tell that she had been well looked after.It's a great family-run business, and we will definitely recommend it.The Mills-Barkers & Storm

From Jodie in the office to Mandy and Steve the drivers, we can’t compliment Pet Transport services enough. We were very nervous about transporting our quite timid cat from the UK to France but it was seamless. Our cat arrived well fed, well looked after and very happy. She is now very much enjoying her time in France! Many thanks to all the team.
