Oradent Dental Care - Ashford

Arrived for my hygienist appointment on time, correct day. I had received many reminders from the practise. Only to arrive and be told, I did not have an appointment. Receptionist tried to make it look like I was in error. Told me there are no hygienists available today, so I would have to book for another day. Which I was not willing to do, having taken time off work to attend my appointment. I had to insist on speaking to the practice manager, who was also not working that day. Finally managed to speak to the reception manager. Who helpfully informed me that was I to have not shown up for an appointment, I would not be charged or have any strike against me. I guess so that I would not push the matter that they had messed up. Eventually she got me a hygienist appointment with a dentist.

Mostly fantastic friendly staff. Quick responses and very helpful with great communication. After a different surgery completely knocking my confidence and putting fear into me, oradent ashford team have helped over come this fear and re build trust and confidence. One dentist in particular there I can say takes pride in their work and cares about their patients. It's always clean and professionally run.

Waited in a queue of people to check in for my appointment to find the dentist had gone home.....Very unprofessional, this wasn't my fault to be waiting 10 minutes in a queue to check in for my appointment for it then to be late (even though I was on time) and then him go home.Not impressed and not the best customer service dealt here.Perhaps a better system to allow customers to check in for their appointment.

An unusually tricky tooth has been given really good investigation where I felt the dentist Paul really listened and considered plans for action then got on with the work decisively and efficiently. The receptionist I dealt with yesterday was similarly effective, professional and polite. Thank you Oradent, for making this a much better experience than I could have hoped for!

Happy with my dental treatment, and the polite, efficient staff. I lost a crown, and was able to book an appointment for the following day!The only reason I didn't leave a five star review is that I reserve those for perfection, but certainly a nine out of ten...

Been going to this dentist for years and years. It has gone through some ups and downs but I would definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist.Tessa is the nicest and best dentist I have had for quite some time and would recommend her !Dress codes of admin staff may need to be reviewed and made more appropriate for the setting but overal a very good practice.

Very happy with the treatment received from Hina Noon, she has done a great job and always works professionally and efficiently. She also offers great advice and works well with her team. My preferred dentist to see at Oradent.

Appts are easy by phone, it is answered! Immediate notification by text an d email and timely reminders. Reception team are a 'dream', friendly, polite and efficient.As for the professionalism of the practitioners, dentists and nurses...second to none!The practice is backed by a first class admin team. Have always been happy with your service but today I came back for my 6 month oral hygiene appointment. 3 receptionists at desk when U arrived but no one looked up to say hello , at least . ( I do appreciate they are busy but an acknowledgment would have been nice). Would have been nice to have new Hygienist present herself before starting treatment . Sorry , but Customer service has slipped a little in my book

Dental practice nice & clean. Receptionist team very slow, stood in a queue of people, none of the Receptionists looked up or even acknowledged anyone for quite sometime also waited to pay & make new appt, bad customer service.
