Bunch of crooks with empty promises. Avoid at all costs and buy from a more reputable dealer. Debt collection now in action to collect money owed from a warranty issue, which Dunlem advised to get done directly from Landrover, whilst the car was in warranty with Dunelm. They now refuse to pay the invoice after previously agreeing it at least 10 times....?

Really good sales team. Not pushy and honest. They want your money!! Got a friendly owner who welcomed a sale despite not buying the Aston Martin beside his office. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I couldn't even get £50 knocked off

Bought a Fiat 500 in January Kevin was brilliant no pressure at all and just left us on our own to look.The car was immaculate and delivered promptly i had just received my license back after 20 years due to a medical condition so this car was perfect with very low mileage. I am extremely disappointed with this company and want to warn present and future customers against trusting them to fulfil their responsibilities. I purchased my car from here 8 years ago and Kevin has looked after it since. Purchased life time warranty and never had any issues when it needed to be repaired under warranty. Does my annual service also. Great guy and mechanic and a no pressure sales man. My car has never let me down which is very important to me as a female older driver. My son purchased his car from Kevin also and was given a fair part ex price also. I highly recommend and planning to buy a 3rd car in the next few months.

I purchased my car last year and part exchanged my old car. Kevin and Colin gave me a very fair price for my part exchange and have looked after me ever since. I have always used this garage for my MOT, services and any work needing doing to my car. I also took out the life time warranty when purchasing my car and I would say it was worth taking out. Kevin has always fixed any problems with my previous cars and I wouldn’t trust anyone else, he always tries to ensure that car is returned promptly and at a fair price. All staff are very professional, friendly and will do anything to help you out. I highly recommend using this garage.

I purchased a car from this company 2 months ago with a 3month warranty, ( so they told me). It has been back to the garage twice, and the second time I had to pay for part costing £50. When I checked to see what the warranty guaranteed, there wasn't any paperwork only on the sales form a ' guarantee ' for 3 months!! Very disappointed!!. Surely this can't be legal??.

Do not buy from these cowboys.Especially dont buy the lifetime guarantee.Im now having to prepare to go to court to get my money back. They will give any excuse they can to get out of repairing your car. And then tell you the lifetime guarantee is void. Despite there being a global pandemic and lockdowns (where you couldnt get your car serviced as it was key workers only! And when lockdown ended there was weeks of delay due to everyone booking their cars in!)I also had my car supposedly serviced here, however when i got my car back and had someone check, the oil filter wasnt changed and basically nowt was done. Charged me 100 for my car just to sit there for the day.Avoid like the plague.Read other reviews, they are doing this to loads of people.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Sold me a car and the clutch went after two days and told them and they tried to make me pay for a repair. Tried to get a refund and they were horrendous with customer service only gave me a refund after being a day away from starting court proceedings having given the two week warning letter. Avoid this company.
