Brilliant place for great food. The deco is very good and visually the interior looks good. The food is also very good with a wide selection of foods. The size of the kids meals was big but at least you can take it home. Look forward to returning and trying the breakfast menu. Very pleasant experience.

Was pleasantly surprised with the good ambience, quick service & delicious food, on visiting this place recently..We ordered palak paneer, butter chicken, naan & pulao rice... the curries were very good in taste.. although the naan was a bit too crisp so became hard after a while, this could be a area of improvement... service was quite quick as well & ample space between tables.. we would be visiting again..

Nice decor, lovely restaurant, attentive staff. Amazing Afternoon Tea, lots of variety and delicious food, value for money. Would highly recommend. Had a fantastic afternoon with my friends and looking forward to going to Udays again!

The food here can be really nice but sometimes just OK.My most recent visit was just OK.The difficulty I have with this place is that I find some of the staff just plain miserable, however some of them are exceptionally nice so just about balance it out. However, I often end up with the miserable one.I find that some of the items are expensive like the poppadoms, and considering they are not even whole they are chopped up in quarters for aesthetics so effectively your paying over 3.00 for one poppodam.Would I go again, probably but with so many other options within close proximity I would definetly try elsewhere first.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Uday's.As well as the food being delicious, the team had dressed the table and made the whole evening really special. We have returned since and will definitely be returning again. Thank you.

Absolutely gorgeous food. Lip smackingly delicious. For all foodies out there who can handle mild to higher level of spice and have not known authentic taste of Indian food. This should be a port of call. Leave behind the Korma and Balti, which is just an immersion of precooked meat in precooked sauce. Let your taste bud tingle with fresh and vibrant flavour of the North Indian cuisine. And be adventurous and try the starters.. you'll never look back!! Had a lovely pina colada too

Our first visit to this restaurant on a Friday lunchtime was a great successThe interior decor and layout is stylishly choreographed.I should imagine on an evening the atmosphere is buzzing.We absolutely loved the Hariyali chicken tikka and grilled chicken wing starters. The flavours and spices are a refreshing change to the standard tikka and shish kebabs found in standard Indian restaurants. The taste is a cut above othersWe loved the Kolhapuri dishes complemented by peshwari naans and house red merlot wine. We loved the meals so much we ordered Kulfi pistachio deserts and cocktails to wash them down.We will definitely visit again with friends and family next time.

Had a nice catch-up with previous work colleagues. food was delicious, presentation was good. I particularly enjoy the IPA, not the cheapest place but worth going.

Have been here several times before, for lunch, evening meals and this is my second afternoon tea.The evening and lunch food is presented well and tastes lovely, I always order Vegetarian so have experienced mostly all the vege menu. A lovely place to have lunch and dinner.The service is always consistent, restaurant always looks well presented there are little areas in the restaurant where you can be seated dependent on your group size. The décor is lovely. The seats are couches are comfortable.There were four of us booked in for a vegetarian afternoon tea, the food variation is lovely. Selection of mocktails and drinks are good.We were served by Dumi she was lovely; the afternoon tea is a well worth one. As a vegetarian you struggle to get good food but then to receive an array of finger food for your afternoon tea is a delight. Wel balance of cakes on the top layer, Red velvet, macaroons, chocolate fudge cake. The scones are lovely with the cream and jam, a well-stocked cake stand if you ask me.The spices and variation of food and cakes are amazing a afternoon tea well worth experiencing £30.00 for two with tea coffee included.

1st time here and won't be the last!! Food was spicy yet tasty and the service was great!! Was mum in laws birthday and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere!! Thanks guys for making mums birthday a nice one!!
