I have just had the best massage of my life! 90 minutes of exceptional skill. Am Pen mixed Thai massage with deep tissue, chiro type manipulation and shiatzu. I went in feeling achy all over and a 100 years old. Been aching for weeks. Came out refreshed, and body aligned. Can't wait to return

Health Life offers a range of massages and specialist treatments. All 4 of our family members have used their services and have only had excellent experiences. Easy access also considering it’s based in central Kingston as it has a small car park (Eden St) just outside. Can only say good things about Ann and her team.

I came here today for my 3rd massage here and the service was wonderful again. The therapists here have excellent customer service and are very well trained. The rooms are a lovely and the lighting and music create a wonderful atmosphere so as you can fully zone out. The therapist kept checking with me that the pressure was ok and worked on all my tension, applying foot pressure that seems to have worked wonders! I have tried one other place in Kingston and that was today in fact as well but it was so bad that I came back here to get a proper" massage. The therapists really know what do they are doing and you come out feeling very revitalised. Thank you very much for your wonderful service and friendly

Me and my partner had a great massage session. They were so welcoming and polite. Ampan and Sylwia gave us deep tissue / hot stone massage. The 60 mins session was truly a worth visiting them . Highly recommended.

I asked for deep tissue massage when booked and even on arrival. But it started with slightly thai massage for 5 minutes and then next 45 minutes it was just rubbing tiger balm and oil and clearing it with hot towel. Not a single knot was worked on, no muscles worked on. May be i should have not relied on other reviews. Not recomended or may be i was handed over to some learner. Total waste of time and money. I now need to book a real massage.

An lovely place, with great customer service and excellent treatments!I’ve been coming to this place for over 4 years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. The venue administrator, Ann is always kind and keen to help and all of the staff are great at what they do. I have particularly booked massage treatments with Ann, Barsha, and Ampan, and I must say I feel absolutely renewed after those treatments.I definitely recommend this place if you want to relax and treat yourself for a very reasonable price :)

Mum and I tried this place last week and it was fabulous, relaxing and a great massage. They catered for both our very different needs as mum wanted a strong massage and I wanted a relaxing softer version and we both came out of the salon very happy. Thank you. Will be back!
