Love this place. I'm a very self conscious person and I've tried many gyms, this is the only one where I feel comfortable and at ease.Staff are friendly, great equipment, not over crowded and good price.

First day Training here today after taking a tour of the place on Tuesday. After having a look around I can honestly say this gym is a proper old school gym and I felt at ease and very welcome here. This gym is now my personal and only choice of gym from now on and I 1000 % recommend this gym to anyone whose looking for a very relaxed and welcoming place to train.

Good old school gym, on 2 levels with a 3rd room that's women only. Great for weight training and bodybuilding

Nice gym. I've been going for a few weeks now and its always nice and quiet whenever I have been, I've never had to wait to use the equipment. I really like it because I can get my workout in an never feel over crowded by other gym users.

New owners are great! Really friendly and have good knowledge. I went with my partner for a look round, advice and to sign him up. They're cheap and no contracts. PT sessions and meal plans available. Clean and tidy place. Partner is impressed so I recommend
