Really unprofessional! Tried ringing and they don't answer! Told surgery opens at 8.30am but they don't answer! Avoid at all costs!

They have a lovely group of professional and friendly girls that put you at ease with their happy, smiley faces the second you walk into the practice.

Avoid!!! Appointment booked in emergency situation with really bad tooth pain for 3:15 PM, on arrival receptionist said it was booked for 1:15PM, they basically didn’t book me in as normally receiving txt msg when they actually do, they also not been happy to open phone log.! Bunch of cheater and very disrespectful!!

Just had to have an emergency dental appointment and have to say for someone who is nervous as hell, I was at ease with this surgery from reception to nurse then dentist.talked me through everything and I had an extraction, can only recommend even if your like me a bag of nerves when it comes to having to visit dentists

My dental course has been with Dr Lee Histed and I can quite honestly say that he is a superb dentist. He puts you at ease from the moment you meet him. His knowledge is excellent and his nurses are also very pleasant and helpful. I have been through several procedures with Lee and have at no time felt pain or discomfort. If only all dentists were like him. A great big thank you to you Lee and I look forward to seeing you in the future.

Staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, although only been there once as referred to Special Dentistry Care at the Dental hospital...have waited now 15MONTH I have been Canceled and canceled and canceled on, for 15 month, by dentist hospital, thus causing my teeth to rot away, cause infection, gum disease... I will certainly be asking dentist NEPALI to see me again because, i know that there care is paramount, would recommend %100

This place has gone down hill since I left a 5* review. Do not register at this place. If you want any treatment completed and not messed around continuously, then avoid at all costs. The owner is a butcher. The senior nurse is unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and righteous. I could go on!I'm disappointed I have had to leave 1 star!
