We've been with Whiteley Village vets since our dog was a puppy. He's now 8, he's had a few problems as he's getting older, some serious and worrying but everytime he's poorly and either had to been seen by a vet or had to be kept in we are always reassured he's in good hands. If he stays in we get thorough updates as to how he's getting on or anything that's changed throughout the day.The team at Whiteley Village vet's (receptionists,vets etc) are very caring.Yogi is our whole world and we are so thankful he's home and shown a big improvement since a couple of days ago.Thank you Whiteley vets.

We would like to thank Cara and her wonderful team for the love and care they gave to our dear cat Daisy. She sadly lost her fight with cancer but will live in our hearts forever.Thankyou Cara for making Daisy's passing so peaceful and stress free.Susanne and Di

I can highly recommend thus Veterinary practice for the following reasons: they really care about their patients and this shines through in abundance. I really trust their judgement because they take the time to explain what's going on so you can make informed decisions. Our Westie recently had something wrong with his nose that was affecting his breathing. They had all the equipment and expertise to immediately take action. They diagnosed an infection probably caused by some food trapped in the nasal cavity. I'm pleased to say that a few days later my dog is well on way to making a full recovery.I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Used Whiteley Village vets for the first time this month for my dog. I was so impressed with the service they gave. Absolutely wonderful staff. My dog actually got excited to go in when we went back for his check up ! Would very highly recommend.

Have been using Whiteley vets for just under 9 years now and I am so happy with my decision to switch to them. Cara is just wonderful and sooo good with making our dogs feel at ease (they are both quite awkward each in their own ways!). She is always happy to talk us through everything and allow us to make our minds up with regards to how to proceed. She has operated on both dogs with brilliant results. Max at warsash office has been amazing with both dogs when she’s seen them and seems to have the magic touch in getting them to allow her to do things that they just wouldn’t let us do lol. Natalie - wow. 3 weeks ago she undertook a complex TPLO surgery on Luna and the results are simply amazing so far. Incision was pristine and neat from day 1 and now hardly visible. Lunas recovery is going perfectly and actually exceeding our expectations. 3 weeks post op she is walking like nothing has been done. She also has an eye ulcer at the moment and Natalie treated her so well yesterday that the confidence in her abilities just grew even more. Receptionists and the nurses are always so wonderfully friendly and great with the dogs - just overall I can’t rate them highly enough. Keep up the fantastic work all!

Visited this vet for the first time with our kitten. Very friendly staff and very experienced vet. Could not ask for more. Can thoroughly recommend them.

Just the best vets ive ever visited. Cara is just so incredible. Not only is she amazing with my dogs but so kind with us humans. I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else. Can not recommend strongly enough.

After an initial hiccup in communications we were delighted at the help we received in getting a puppy that had been surrendered to DogsnHomes Rescue, vaccinated with the same vaccine that was given originally by another vet. Whiteley Village Vet's were the only vets on over 30 others that was able to help. Thank you.
