Customer service at its best, great bunch of guys even Paul is OK albeit a bit tight with the discount. Loved the demo on the Levo SL, great bike which will make the decision on what to get when the time comes to replacing the Levo Expert.

Recently moved into the area and hood to know there is a fantastic!! local bike shop just around the corner.I brought my specialized Kenevo in for a warranty issue. Andy in the workshop was brilliant at communicating the progress of the warranty claim.He had me up and running again in no time with new motor and other parts, all of which they keep in stock.The customer service is excellent and what a great shop they sell absolutely everything. Booked bike in for new set of brakes / upgrade. Was given very good advice as to their recommendations and why . Had to wait a couple of weeks for work doing as the workshop was booked up which is probably a good thing as it shows lots of people are using them for work. Dropped bike off night before, the next day got a text about dinner time to say it was ready to collect. Everything was done as requested have had no problems. Staff were polite very helpful and very knowledgeable. 1st class service.

Thursday afternoon at 4.30 I went into the shop with a problem with my bike and I was due to be riding the following day. They made me so welcome and sorted the issue. Great staff and a nice shop.

Great professional advice and service, booked my second hand specialized bike in for a service and couldn’t ask for more , changed my peddles for me, adjusted front derailer , replaced brakes, brake cable and helped set up seat etc . And all for less than £100 . And yes a more comfortable ride with confidence to get out there !
